WOW! What an incredible shot and view! My hubby and I are planning on going to SF for our vacation this summer, and I'm so excited! Seeing this makes me want to include a visit to Alcatraz while we're there. Awesome light and colors in addition to that view.
I will buy you a sailboat whenever you say the word.
Oh, you should definitely go, Lisa! Only book the tour in advance, if you can. There is a evening bay cruise + Alcatraz tour that is supposed to be quite something...we didn't think to do any kind of advance booking as we (foolishly) thought we could get the tickets same day...oops. It's hugely popular. Not only couldn't we get that one, we almost didn't get this one. Eeek!
Hmmm...you've also go me thinking that maybe next week should be Alcatraz week...I got some really neat shots, the lighting was incredible...hmmmmmmmmmmm :-D
